Shipping & Tracking

Please allow our team to process your order and ship it out within 1-2 business days, which does not include weekends. We strive to ship orders as fast as possible. 

All orders should be delivered within 2-4 business days. Some custom/personalized orders may take up to 4-5 days. We will be sure to keep all of our customers updated. 

Please note, that once we ship your package, we are not responsible for UPS/USPS/Fedex deliveries. Delivery issues must be handled with UPS/USPS/Fedex or carrier because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under a shipping carrier, they are responsible for claiming and locating packages.
